Master Brew Beverages began in 1965.
The company was first called Master Brew Coffee Service because most of our early
customers purchased coffee from Master Brew for single-bowl coffee machines. Later, our
company grew to provide customers with vending, water and convenient store services.
We’ve operated from Northbrook, Illinois since 1978. Master Brew now serves over
6,000 accounts throughout Chicagoland, Indiana and Wisconsin, with over 20,000 pieces of
equipment on location. Our trucks are easily recognizable because they have our slogan,
"You’re following ‘The Drink People" on the back. In 1990-91, Master
Brew was awarded the "Silver Service Award" by the National Coffee Service
Association, recognizing the company as the best in the coffee/vending industry. We were
named 1997 "Operator of the Year" by Automatic Merchandiser Magazine. Master
Brew is proud to have remained a family owned and operated company since its inception.

Woodhead Drive in Northbrook is 40,000 square feet in size. More than 50 Master Brew
vehicles are on the Chicagoland roadways. We provide jobs for more than 120 people, and we
support several charities. With more than 30 years in business, however, Master
Brew’s philosophy has remained the same: meeting the needs of our customers.
We’ve grown from servicing only small office coffee service accounts to a myriad of
operations including coffee service, vending, bottled and filtered water and convenient
stores. We’re a small enough company to respond to our customers’ needs but
large enough to provide the latest in technology, equipment and products, as well as
efficient, responsive service.

* Master Brew’s order department takes several hundred orders every
day, but the longest you’ll ever wait when you phone in an order is 30 seconds.
* We’re proud to
carry close to 2,000 high quality, name brand products. Our sophisticated inventory
control program means that we’re rarely out of products.
* Orders are
thoroughly checked for accuracy and our warehouse turns over 26 times a year so we can
ensure that you receive fresh products.
* A large percentage
of service requests are responded to on the same day the customer called in.
* We can generate
computerized reports for you on just about any aspect of your account -- such as which
products are selling, and which are not, for example.
* Master Brew
employees are carefully screened before hiring.
